Job Responsibilities

• Build and keep good relationships with clients, agencies, and business partners
• Find new clients and bring in new business through visits and networking
• Sell outdoor advertising services like billboards, signage, LED displays, and event branding
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Meet clients, present services, and handle negotiations
• Prepare basic quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Work with internal teams to complete advertising projects smoothly
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities
• Follow up with clients for payments and campaign updates
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and client management ability
• Smart, confident, and professional appearance
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
• Good presentation and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and online presentation tools
• Must have strong networking and business development skills
• Ability to travel for client meetings and market visits when required

Education


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Experience in outdoor advertising, media, branding, event management, or advertising agency will get preference
