Job Responsibilities

 

  • Welcome customers, visitors, and clients in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic company information
  • Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules
  • Coordinate with sales and service departments when needed
  • Receive and distribute documents, parcels, and courier services
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Assist in administrative and office support tasks
  • Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary
  • Support management with daily office operations
  • Prepare reports and maintain office records if required

 

Requirements

 

  • Good communication skills in Bangla and basic English
  • Smart appearance and professional behavior
  • Basic computer knowledge MS Word, Excel, Email
  • Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Punctual, responsible, and well-organized

 

Education

 

  • Minimum HSC / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Candidates with relevant experience will get preference

 

Experience

Previous experience in front desk, reception, customer service, or administrative roles will be an advantage
