Job Responsibilities

 

  • Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and drinks according to restaurant standards.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the guest experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and professionally.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
  • Promote special menu items and offers when appropriate.
  • Maintain hygiene and grooming standards at all times.

 

Requirements

 

  • Smart, presentable, and professional appearance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented and responsible.
  • Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
  • Must be punctual, honest, and disciplined.
  • Female candidates will be given preference for this position.

 

Education

 

  • Minimum HSC or equivalent.
  • Hospitality or hotel management training/certification will be considered an added advantage.

 

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality sector preferred.
