Job Responsibilities

 

  • Welcome and communicate with clients professionally.
  • Counsel clients regarding student visas and visit visas.
  • Convince and guide clients according to their needs.
  • Handle Facebook page moderation and respond to online inquiries.
  • Generate and follow up leads from social media platforms.
  • Maintain office expenses and assist with basic accounting tasks.
  • Manage phone calls, appointments, and office documentation.
  • Support daily office operations and administrative activities

 

Requirements

 

  • Smart, presentable, and dynamic personality.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Good knowledge of Facebook page management and online communication.
  • Basic accounting and office management knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

 

Education

Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience

 

  • Previous experience in counselling, customer service, reception, or visa consultancy will be preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
