Job Responsibilities
1.Assist in reparing, monitoring, and handling beneficial insects and biological control agents.
2.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper environmental conditions inside the IPM laboratory.
3.Prepare and maintain laboratory records, reports, and stock registers.
4.Support collection and identification of pest and disease samples from the field.
5.Assist in conducting field releases, monitoring, and data collection related to IPM activities.
6.Ensure proper handling and storage of laboratory materials, chemicals, and equipment.
7.Coordinate with field staff and supervisors for smooth implementation of IPM programs.
Requirements
1.Basic knowledge of tea pests, diseases, and biological control methods.
2.Ability to maintain accurate records and follow instructions carefully.
3.Hardworking, disciplined, and willing to work both in laboratory and field conditions.
Education
Diploma/Bachelors in Agriculture or any other relevant discipline.
Experience
Previous experience in any lab is strongly preferred.
