Job Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one student counselling and consultation support
  • Conduct interview preparation and training sessions for students
  • Maintain regular calling and follow-up with prospective students
  • Serve online and offline clients professionally
  • Prepare daily reports for the In-charge / Academy Head
  • Represent the company at educational events and promotional activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and clients
  • Support online promotion and monitor digital marketing activities
  • Manage office operations and administrative coordination
  • Supervise and support junior team members when necessary
  • Assist in achieving team targets and organizational goals
  • Support student recruitment and marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to overall business growth and brand development

Requirements

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong counselling and customer service abilities
  • Leadership and team management capability
  • Good organizational and office management skills
  • Knowledge of marketing and digital promotion
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Good computer proficiency and reporting skills

 

Education

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any reputed university preferred
  • Candidates with HSC qualification and significant relevant experience may also apply

 

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in:

  • Higher education counselling
  • Student recruitment
  • Education consultancy
  • Marketing or related sectors

Working Schedule

  • 6 Days a Week
  • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
