Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options and necessary to establish and maintain connections with airlines that operate both online and offline.
  • Execute visa processing and application submission as per instructions.
  • Handle queries, maintain required documentation.
  • Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
  • Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
  • Attract individuals and groups to take the service and build a strong connection.
  • To maintain close communication with the relevant clients at all times on the progress of the reservations.
  • Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

Requirements

  • Age 25+
  • A positive and competitive attitude with the drive to succeed bearing a strong work ethic.
  • Willing to learn continuously and handle unexpected situations.
  • Sensitive to customer needs and requirements.
  • Excellent English skills in both verbal and written form.
  • Excellent computer skills.
