Job Responsibilities

 

  • Counsel students and guardians regarding educational opportunities, courses, universities, and admission requirements.
  • Assess students' academic backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable study options.
  • Guide students through the admission and application process, ensuring all required documents are properly prepared and submitted.
  • Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and partner institutions.
  • Follow up on student inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
  • Participate in educational seminars, promotional campaigns, and student recruitment activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of student applications and counseling sessions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive student experience.

 

Requirements

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bengali.
  • Strong counseling, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional attitude, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

 

Education

Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student counseling, education consultancy, customer service, or a related field.
