Job Responsibilities

 

  • Create and manage room reservations using the resort's reservation system.
  • Welcome guests and perform check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Process payments for rooms, dining, and other resort services.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest requests, and incidents.
  • Follow resort policies and cash-handling procedures.
  • Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized and professional at all times.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Email and basic computer operations.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Honest, responsible, and capable of handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Knowledge of hotel/resort reservation software will be considered an advantage.

 

Education

 

  • Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline.

 

Experience

  • Previous experience in a hotel, resort, guest house, or customer service role will be preferred.
