Job Responsibilities

 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Promote resort accommodations, event venues, restaurant services, and special packages.
  • Visit potential clients and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Follow up with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales opportunities.
