Enter and update customer data accurately in company databases and spreadsheets.
Maintain records, documents, and reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Verify data accuracy and correct errors when necessary.
Create and edit social media posts, banners, flyers, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop.
Organize digital files and maintain proper documentation.
Assist the operations team with administrative and reporting tasks.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Support marketing and customer service teams with graphics and data-related tasks.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and basic graphic design.
Fast typing speed with high accuracy.
Good English communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience with Google Sheets and online tools is an advantage.
Minimum 1 year experience in Data Entry, Office Administration, or Graphic Design preferred.
HSC, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification.
Computer Science, Business Studies, or related fields preferred.
Professional training in Microsoft Office or Graphic Design will be an advantage.

Working Time - 2pm - 11pm Saturday - Thursday
