Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors, and clients in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and messaging platforms.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars.
Maintain student and visitor records accurately.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and packages.
Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Assist with student registrations, admissions, and information updates.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth communication.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Prepare basic reports, documents, and data entries using computer applications.
Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of email management and internet applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Good telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
Education
Minimum HSC or equivalent.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, English, or any relevant field will be preferred.
Experience
Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role will be an advantage.
