Job Responsibilities

 

  • Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors, and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and messaging platforms.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars.
  • Maintain student and visitor records accurately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and packages.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Assist with student registrations, admissions, and information updates.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Prepare basic reports, documents, and data entries using computer applications.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when required.

 

Requirements

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of email management and internet applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Good telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.

 

Education

 

  • Minimum HSC or equivalent.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, English, or any relevant field will be preferred.

 

Experience

 

  • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role will be an advantage.
