Job Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and grow the hotel's social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content, including posts, photos, videos, and promotional campaigns.
  • Run and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Increase hotel bookings through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and online inquiries.
  • Update website and online travel platform information.
  • Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Support branding, promotional events, and special offers.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and content management.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English and Bangla.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare reports.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Photography and video editing skills will be considered a plus.

 

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

 

  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Online Advertising.
  • Experience in the hotel, hospitality, tourism, or service industry will be preferred.
