Job Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the overall operations of the service center.
  • Supervise technicians and support staff.
  • Ensure timely and quality completion of repair and maintenance jobs.
  • Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain workshop safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Prepare service reports and monitor performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with spare parts and customer service teams.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of motorcycle maintenance and repair processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.

 

Education

Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Power Technology, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in motorcycle service operations or workshop management.
