Job Responsibilities

 

  • Welcome customers and assist with service inquiries.
  • Prepare service invoices and maintain customer records.
  • Handle customer complaints and follow up on service feedback.
  • Maintain daily cash transactions and financial records.
  • Prepare basic accounting reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with management regarding billing and payments.
  • Ensure professional communication with customers at all times.

 

Requirements

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong organizational skills.

 

Education

BBA/MBA in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts, customer service, or a related field.
