Job Responsibilities

 

  • Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.
  • Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders from guests.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and inquiries.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas and tables.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Handle guest complaints politely and report issues to supervisors.
  • Prepare tables before and after service.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and resort service standards.

 

Requirements

 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle busy service hours.

 

Education

 

  • Minimum SSC/HSC or equivalent.
  • Hospitality or Hotel Management training will be an advantage.

 

Experience

Freshers with excellent communication and customer service skills may also apply.
