Job Responsibilities

Kitchen & Food Preparation

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to café standards.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.
  • Monitor food stock and minimize wastage.
  • Develop and improve menu items when required.

Restaurant Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the café.
  • Supervise staff and ensure smooth customer service.
  • Handle inventory, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
  • Monitor daily sales and prepare basic reports.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment.

Requirements

 

  • Excellent cooking skills Fast Food, Café Items, Snacks, Beverages, etc..
  • Good leadership and team management abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and cost control.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Honest, punctual, and responsible.

 

Education

Minimum HSC or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef, Cook, Café Manager, or Restaurant Manager.
