  • Customize training content based on the client's industry, objectives, and learning needs.
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, activities, and case studies relevant to the topic.
  • Facilitate interactive learning through discussions, group activities, and practical exercises.
  • Share real-world knowledge, best practices, and industry insights.
  • Assess participants' understanding and adjust training methods when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional image while representing JourneymakerJobs JMJ.
  • Submit training reports, attendance records, and participant feedback after each session when required.
  • Collaborate with JMJ to continuously improve training quality and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with current industry trends and professional practices.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong expertise in at least one professional or technical field.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to deliver interactive and practical training sessions.
  • Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to customize training content for different organizations and audiences.
  • Professional attitude with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable conducting training at client locations across Sylhet.
  • Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing professionals.

 

Education

 

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Professional certifications, industry licenses, or specialized training certifications will be considered an added advantage.

 

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the relevant industry or functional area.
