Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom and office.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and administrative team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly business targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor inventory, vehicle availability, and stock movement.
- Coordinate with suppliers, financial institutions, and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and operational records.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and operational budgets.
- Identify new business opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Represent the company during meetings, negotiations, and business events.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration BBA, Management, Marketing, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of managerial experience in the automobile, motorcycle, retail, sales, or a related industry.
