Job Responsibilities

• Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of products for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
• Conduct and manage Facebook Live sessions to showcase products and interact with customers.
• Reply promptly to customer messages, comments, and inquiries across all social media platforms.
• Handle customer communication professionally through Messenger, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.
• Communicate confidently with international clients in English via email, chat, and online meetings.
• Respond to overseas client inquiries during evening or late-night hours when required due to different time zones.
• Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure accurate product information is shared online.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and suggest new promotional ideas.
• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management.
