Job Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records for all four sister concerns.
  • Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries accurately.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
  • Manage cash flow, bank transactions, and bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
  • Prepare and maintain VAT, Tax, and TDS-related documents.
  • Prepare monthly profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Process employee salaries, incentives, and other financial transactions.
  • Maintain inventory and stock-related financial records.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Bangladesh accounting regulations.
  • Assist management in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
  • Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.
  • Perform any other accounting or finance-related duties assigned by management.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Good understanding of VAT, Tax, and TDS regulations in Bangladesh.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and financial integrity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of practical accounting experience.
