Job Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts, stories, and reels.
  • Reply to customer messages, comments, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns.
  • Capture basic photos and videos for social media content.
  • Design simple graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Monitor page performance and prepare basic social media reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and design team to ensure consistent branding.
  • Perform other social media and marketing-related tasks assigned by management.

 

Requirements

 

  • Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
  • Good written communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Education

 

  • HSC, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Students with relevant skills may also apply.

 

Experience

  • Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing will be considered an advantage.

Other Details

Salary: BDT 8,000 per month
Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
