Job Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide physiotherapy treatment for orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, geriatric, and post-surgical patients.
- Conduct rehabilitation sessions and therapeutic exercises.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide home physiotherapy services when required.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain professional standards during treatment.
- Participate in awareness programs and health education initiatives.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
- Ability to develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Education
- Bachelor's degree BPT or Master's degree MPT in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional registration if applicable will be preferred.
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or home care physiotherapy experience is preferred.
