Job Responsibilities

 

  • Welcome students, parents, and visitors with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, emails, and online messages.
  • Provide initial counselling on study abroad opportunities and guide students through the admission process.
  • Assist students with application forms, document collection, and follow-up communications.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with counsellors.
  • Maintain accurate student records and office documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
  • Ensure smooth front desk operations while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Support promotional events, seminars, and other marketing activities.

 

Requirements

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and basic computer applications.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

 

Education

 

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

 

Experience

Previous experience in an education consultancy, customer service, front desk, or administrative role will be preferred.
