Junior Executive/Executive -IT Operation
Job Responsibilities
- Manage facial recognition software auto pay & hardware,incorporate data for labor replacement in the garden
- Manage payroll & wages record in autopay of all gardens.
- Installing, configuring & maintenance of all computer Desktop/Laptop hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliances at all gardens, Head Office and the company’s sister concerns.
- Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, application software including bill tracking, accounts software etc.
- Maintenance of all router, switch, PVX gardens & H/O.
- Coordinate all kind of trouble shoot including garden & H/O.
- Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions both at Head Office and at tea estate office and factories.
- Work as part of a team to implement, develop, supervise or execute any software or IT solutions that the management deems necessary.
- Report – generation, verification, analysis, collection, circulation and preservation. Working together with garden management and/or audit team to find out the reasons of deviation – if any.
- You will also be required to perform such other duties as the management may assign to you from time to time.
Requirements
Applicants with knowledge of SQL Server and certification in AI-related courses will be given preference.
Education
Diploma in Computer Tecnology from a reputed institute or B.sc in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed university with good academic track record.
Experience
Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant work experience will be given preference. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
