Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional counseling to students who wish to pursue higher education abroad.
- Guide students in choosing suitable universities, courses, and study destinations based on their academic qualifications and career goals.
- Assist students throughout the admission, application, and enrollment process.
- Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa procedures accurately.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents to ensure excellent customer service.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Coordinate with partner universities and internal departments to ensure smooth application processing.
- Maintain accurate records of student applications and documentation.
- Meet monthly counseling and admission targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and client management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and internet applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and professional environment.
- IELTS knowledge or certification will be considered an added advantag
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Student Counselor or in the education consultancy industry.
