Job Responsibilities

 

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and key customers within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Promote company products, offers, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collect customer orders and coordinate timely product delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments according to company policy.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and support inventory planning.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and distribution processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and mobile sales applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned sales territory.
  • A valid motorcycle driving license will be considered an added advantage.

 

Education

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline will be preferred.
  • HSC or equivalent qualification may be considered for candidates with relevant sales experience.

 

 

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, food products, agricultural products, or distribution sales.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply.
