Job Responsibilities
- Teach English, Bangla, Mathematics, or Chemistry according to the assigned subject.
- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and effective classroom lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, assignments, and examination papers.
- Assess students' academic performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, student-friendly learning environment.
- Utilize modern technology and digital teaching tools to enhance classroom learning.
- Participate in examinations, academic meetings, co-curricular activities, and other institutional programs.
- Perform additional academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the academy management.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the assigned subject.
- Ability to prepare effective lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Capable of conducting classes in English.
- Proficient in using computers, multimedia, and modern educational technology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Education
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in English, Bangla, Mathematics, Chemistry, or a relevant subject from a recognized university.
Experience
Previous teaching experience in a school, college, or educational institution will be considered an added advantage.
