Job Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding study abroad programs and admission procedures.
- Respond to student inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other social media platforms.
- Conduct online video counseling sessions with students and parents.
- Guide students in selecting suitable universities, courses, and study destinations.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain records of student inquiries and application progress.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth application processing.
- Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident in conducting video sessions and virtual consultations.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Good command of English and Bangla.
- Proficient in MS Office and internet applications.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in student counseling or a related field.
