Tour Package Sales Executive -Male
Job Responsibilities
- Sell domestic and international tour packages to clients.
- Prepare tour itineraries, quotations, and travel plans.
- Assist customers with visa requirements and travel documentation.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
- Process tour bookings and reservations.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Knowledge of visa processing Malaysia, Thailand & Singapore.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good understanding of tour packages, itinerary planning, and travel bookings.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
Technical Skills:
- Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
- Knowledge of visa processing Malaysia, Thailand & Singapore.
Industry Knowledge:
- Understanding of tour packages, itinerary planning, travel bookings, and hotel/airline coordination.
Education
Bachelor's degree or Honors in any discipline; degrees in Tourism, Business, or Marketing are preferred.
Experience
1 to 2 years working in a travel agency, tour operating firm, or tourism startup.
