Job Responsibilities

 

  • Manage daily administrative and office operations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks.
  • Prepare and process payment vouchers, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Maintain cash books, petty cash records, and supporting financial documentation.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and project-related documentation.
  • Coordinate procurement, vendor communication, and office logistics.
  • Maintain filing systems for administrative and financial records.
  • Support project staff with administrative and operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project procedures.
  • Perform other administrative and accounts-related duties as assigned by the project supervisor.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial record management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook and other digital tools.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

 

Education

 

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • A professional accounting qualification is not required.

 

Experience

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in administration and accounts/bookkeeping.
