Job Responsibilities
- Teach elementary-level students following the Cambridge curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver engaging, student-centered lesson plans.
- Foster a positive, interactive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Develop students' English language, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Assess students through classwork, assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and student progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' performance and development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Passion for teaching and working with young learners.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, patient, and student-focused teaching approach.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative academic team.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge Curriculum will be an added advantage.
Education
- Completed O Level & A Level from a recognized institution Bachelor's degree preferred, or
- Honours and Master's degree in English from a recognized university.
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous teaching, tutoring, or classroom management experience will be considered an advantage.
