Search Engine Optimization Executive- "If you applied before, need not Re-apply"
Job Responsibilities
● Monitor SEO performance and identify new growth opportunities across search and AI
platforms
● Develop and implement SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies for improved visibility on
Google, AI search engines, and generative platforms
● Write detailed content briefings and coordinate editorial workflows with internal and
external copywriters
● Edit, optimize, and publish high-quality editorial content in English
● Ensure strong editorial quality, tone of voice consistency, and SEO + AI-search
relevance
● Build and manage partnerships with publishers and authority websites
● Analyse market trends, AI search behavior, and competitor content strategies
● Support UX and content teams to ensure SEO + AEO best practices are embedded in all
digital assets
● Regularly assess website performance using SEO, analytics, and AI visibility tools;
define KPIs and report insights to leadership
● Track, analyse, and report SEO and AI search performance including Google SERP +
AI overviews
● Conduct competitor analysis including AI ranking visibility and content strategies and
convert findings into actionable insights
● Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to implement fixes
● Optimise internal linking structures to improve crawl depth, authority flow, and page
equity distribution
● Own keyword strategy and maintain a large-scale keyword universe across SEO + AEO
+ GEO layers
● Stay updated with industry trends including AI search evolution, generative engines, and
algorithm updates
Requirements
● Strong understanding of search engine crawling, indexing, ranking algorithms, and
AI search systems
● Working knowledge of website structure, HTML basics, and technical SEO principles
● Proven experience in content writing, editorial planning, and project management
● Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Google Analytics,
Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner
● Understanding of AEO Answer Engine Optimization, GEO Generative Engine
Optimization, and AI SEO trends is highly preferred
● Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
● Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude with a growth mindset
● Ability to work in fast-paced, complex, and evolving digital environments
● Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders
Education
Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related fiel
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience agency or in-house
