Job Responsibilities
- Teach students from Play Group to Class Five following the school's academic curriculum.
- Prepare creative and interactive lesson plans that encourage active learning.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Develop students' literacy, numeracy, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Assess students' academic progress through classwork, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans, and student progress reports.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and confidence through classroom activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic performance and overall development.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline while promoting a supportive and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to enhance the quality of education.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Passionate about teaching and nurturing young children.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, patient, energetic, and child-friendly personality.
- Ability to use modern teaching methods and educational technology.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
Education
1 year of teaching experience is preferred.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates with a degree in Education, English, Early Childhood Education, or a relevant field will receive preference
