Job Responsibilities
- Create attractive posters, banners, social media posts, reels, and promotional videos.
- Manage and update the company's social media platforms.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Respond to messages and inquiries on social media.
- Support branding and content creation activities.
- Assist in offline marketing and promotional events when required.
- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve campaign goals.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CapCut.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Basic understanding of Facebook Ads and digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
- Creative, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to participate in field marketing and offline promotional activities.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Candidates from Marketing, Media Studies, Business, or related fields will receive preference.
Experience
1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Other Details
Salary & Benefits
- Probation Period Salary: BDT 15,000/month
- Permanent Salary: BDT 20,000/month
- Performance-based Commission in addition to the monthly salary.
