Job Responsibilities
- Assigned subject অনুযায়ী নিয়মিত class পরিচালনা করা।
- Lesson plan ও teaching materials প্রস্তুত করা।
- শিক্ষার্থীদের বিষয়গুলো সহজ ও কার্যকরভাবে বুঝিয়ে দেওয়া।
- Class test, assignment ও examination পরিচালনা করা।
- শিক্ষার্থীদের academic performance মূল্যায়ন ও প্রয়োজনীয় guidance দেওয়া।
Requirements
- Strong subject knowledge ও teaching ability থাকতে হবে।
- Teaching experience থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
- Good communication ও presentation skills থাকতে হবে।
- Smart, responsible, punctual ও professional হতে হবে।
Education
রসায়ন বিষয়ে ৪ বছরের Honours + Master’s degree থাকতে হবে।
Experience
- Previous teaching experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with a strong academic background may also be considered.
