Job Responsibilities
- বাংলা বিষয়ের নিয়মিত class পরিচালনা করা।
- Literature, grammar ও curriculum-based topics কার্যকরভাবে পড়ানো।
- Lesson plan ও teaching materials প্রস্তুত করা।
- Class test, assignment ও examination পরিচালনা করা।
- শিক্ষার্থীদের academic performance মূল্যায়ন ও প্রয়োজনীয় guidance প্রদান করা।
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Bangla language, literature ও grammar থাকতে হবে।
- Teaching experience থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
- Good communication ও presentation skills থাকতে হবে।
- Smart, responsible, punctual ও professional হতে হবে।
Education
- 4-year Honours degree in Bangla.
- Master’s degree in Bangla.
Experience
Previous teaching experience will be preferred.
