Job Responsibilities
* Process student applications accurately and submit them to universities, colleges and partner institutions within deadlines.
* Review academic documents, English language qualifications, financial documents, and other required application materials.
* Ensure all applications meet institutional admission requirements and company compliance standards.
* Coordinate with students, counsellors, universities, and partner representatives regarding application progress and requirements.
* Follow up on applications to obtain offer letters, admission decisions, CAS/COE/LOA or other required documents.
* Assist students with offer acceptance, tuition fee payment, credibility requirements, and pre-visa documentation.
* Maintain accurate student records, application trackers, CRM updates, and document files.
* Monitor application deadlines, intakes, university requirements, scholarships, and policy updates.
* Report application progress, pending cases, refusals, and other important issues to the relevant Team Leader or Manager.
* Perform other admission, documentation, and compliance-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree completed; Master’s degree will be preferred.
* Strong English reading and writing skills.
* Good computer skills, particularly MS Office, email, online portals and document management.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately.
* Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
* Responsible, proactive and capable of working effectively under pressure.
* Previous experience in university admissions or the study-abroad sector will be an advantage.
* Fresh graduates with strong academic, English and computer skills may also apply.
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s degree completed; Master’s degree will be preferred.
