Job Responsibilities
* Promote hotel rooms, packages, facilities, and services to potential customers.
* Visit corporate offices, travel agencies, tour operators, and other potential clients to generate business.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and regular customers.
* Generate leads through field visits, networking, phone calls, and direct communication.
* Handle corporate, group, event, and conference booking inquiries.
* Generate bookings through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other online channels.
* Respond to customer inquiries and booking requests professionally and promptly.
* Promote hotel offers, packages, and special deals through online platforms.
* Follow up with both offline and online leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
* Coordinate with the hotel team to ensure smooth booking and customer service.
* Maintain customer relationships and follow up for repeat business.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements
* Experience in both offline/field sales and online sales will be highly preferred.
* Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and online sales platforms.
* Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
* Ability to generate leads and convert them into bookings.
* Must be smart, confident, energetic, presentable, and target-oriented.
* Good knowledge of the Sylhet market and local business network will be an advantage.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Experience in both offline/field sales and online sales will be highly preferred.
