Job Responsibilities

Student Counseling & Recruitment

  • Counsel prospective students regarding study opportunities in the UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe.
  • Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, financial capabilities, English proficiency, and eligibility.
  • Recommend suitable universities, courses, intakes, and study destinations.
  • Explain admission requirements, application procedures, tuition fees, scholarships, and relevant study options.
  • Build trust with students and guardians through professional and accurate counseling.
  • Convert prospective students into successful applicants through effective counseling and follow-up.

Lead Generation, Calling & Conversion

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to new and existing student leads.
  • Follow up with prospective students through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Generate new student leads through networking, referrals, social media, and other available channels.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and work toward achieving monthly student recruitment targets.
  • Identify genuine prospects and convert them into enrolled students.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, applications, and conversions.

Student Case Management

  • Take full ownership of assigned students from initial counseling to admission and pre-departure.
  • Collect, check, organize, and maintain all required student documents.
  • Guide students throughout the university application and admission process.
  • Coordinate with admission, processing, and visa teams for smooth case progression.
  • Keep students and guardians updated regarding application status, offers, CAS, visa-related requirements, and other important updates.
  • Ensure applications and documents are submitted accurately and within deadlines.

SOP & Documentation

  • Prepare professional Statements of Purpose SOPs based on individual student profiles.
  • Prepare justification letters, explanation letters, and other application-related documents when required.
  • Develop clear, logical, and accurate student narratives.
  • Review and edit application documents before submission.
  • Ensure all information is consistent with supporting documents and university requirements.

University & Destination Knowledge

The candidate should have good working knowledge of the international education sector, particularly:

  • UK
  • Canada
  • New Zealand
  • Europe

The candidate should stay updated on:

  • University admission requirements
  • Courses and intakes
  • Tuition fees and scholarships
  • Eligibility criteria
  • Application procedures
  • Relevant admission and visa-related updates

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the UK, Canada, New Zealand, and European education sectors.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into students.
  • Strong counseling, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of daily calls and follow-ups.
  • Good English writing skills, particularly for SOP and justification letter preparation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple student cases.
  • Must be smart, proactive, target-oriented, responsible, and professional.
  • Ability to take full ownership of assigned student cases.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and student application management software will be an advantage.

 

Education

 

 

  • Previous experience in student counseling, overseas education, university

 

Experience

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in a related field is mandatory.
