Job Responsibilities
- Creating better performance in daily food production operations while maintaining strict food hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations HACCP/GMP/BRC across all production and storage facilities.
- Develop and implement production schedules, finished product store, and stock management systems to meet demand.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the timely arrival of ingredients and raw materials.
- Manage and supervise production staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely export of finished products.
Requirements
- Age: Under 35 years.
- Strong knowledge of production, store, stock, and inventory management.
- Experience in using inventory management software.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage production operations efficiently.
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field. The educational requirement is flexible for candidates with proven work history.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the food processing industry, specifically in production.
