Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients.
- Supervise and guide Duty Doctors and junior medical staff.
- Review patient conditions and treatment plans regularly.
- Handle complicated and critical cases and coordinate with specialist consultants when required.
- Ensure proper clinical documentation and medical record keeping.
- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of patient care.
- Coordinate with nursing, diagnostic, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Participate in developing and implementing clinical protocols and hospital procedures.
- Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and hospital standards.
- Support hospital management in improving clinical services and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid BMDC registration.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification/training will be an advantage.
- Several years of relevant clinical/hospital experience.
- Strong diagnostic, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and patient-management abilities.
Education

Experience
- 3–5+ years of relevant clinical/hospital experience preferred.
- Experience in handling critical and complicated cases will be an advantage.
