Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients.
- Supervise and guide Duty Doctors and junior medical staff.
- Review patient conditions and treatment plans regularly.
- Handle complicated and critical cases and coordinate with specialist consultants when required.
- Ensure proper clinical documentation and medical record keeping.
- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of patient care.
- Coordinate with nursing, diagnostic, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Participate in developing and implementing clinical protocols and hospital procedures.
- Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and hospital standards.
- Support hospital management in improving clinical services and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and administrative reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hospital Management, Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in hospital/healthcare operations or administration is preferred.
