Job Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and direction to the hospital.
- Supervise doctors, nurses, and clinical staff.
- Ensure quality, safe, and ethical patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and protocols.
- Monitor clinical performance, patient safety, and infection control.
- Ensure compliance with BMDC and healthcare regulations.
- Improve clinical services and patient-care processes.
- Coordinate clinical and administrative activities with management.
- Address clinical issues, patient complaints, and emergencies.
- Conduct meetings and support staff training and development.
- Maintain proper medical records and patient confidentiality.
- Support the development of new medical services and hospital initiatives.
Requirements
- Candidates with experience as a Medical Director, Deputy Medical Director, Clinical Director, Hospital Administrator, or senior healthcare professional will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, clinical procedures, healthcare compliance, and patient safety.
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and team-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with doctors, nurses, administrative teams, patients, and hospital management.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to patient care.
Education
- Postgraduate qualifications such as FCPS, MD, MS, or equivalent in a relevant medical specialty will be highly preferred.
- Additional qualifications in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Candidates without an MBBS degree may also be considered if they have strong and relevant experience in hospital management, healthcare administration, clinical operations, or a senior healthcare leadership role.
