Provide clinical leadership and direction to the hospital.
Supervise doctors, nurses, and clinical staff.
Ensure quality, safe, and ethical patient care.
Develop and implement clinical policies and protocols.

Ensure compliance with BMDC and healthcare regulations.
Improve clinical services and patient-care processes.
Coordinate clinical and administrative activities with management.
Address clinical issues, patient complaints, and emergencies.
Conduct meetings and support staff training and development.
Maintain proper medical records and patient confidentiality.
Support the development of new medical services and hospital initiatives.
Requirements
Candidates with experience as a Medical Director, Deputy Medical Director, Clinical Director, Hospital Administrator, or senior healthcare professional will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of hospital operations, clinical procedures, healthcare compliance, and patient safety.
Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and team-management skills.
Ability to work effectively with doctors, nurses, administrative teams, patients, and hospital management.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to patient care.
Education
Postgraduate qualifications such as FCPS, MD, MS, or equivalent in a relevant medical specialty will be highly preferred.
Additional qualifications in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.
Candidates without an MBBS degree may also be considered if they have strong and relevant experience in hospital management, healthcare administration, clinical operations, or a senior healthcare leadership role.
