Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Assist with electrical, plumbing, AC, mechanical, and general maintenance work.
- Attend to maintenance requests from different hotel departments.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce equipment breakdowns.
- Check and maintain pumps, generators, lighting, AC units, and other utilities.
- Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and properly.
- Maintain basic records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requirements.
- Follow hotel safety and maintenance procedures.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, and mechanical systems.
- Good troubleshooting and practical problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking.
Education
- Minimum SSC/HSC or relevant technical qualification.
Experience
- Practical experience in general maintenance or a similar position preferred.
