Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of patient rooms, wards, corridors, and common areas.
• Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, performance, and work schedules.
• Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection procedures are followed.
• Inspect areas regularly and maintain l cleanliness standards.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Coordinate with nursing, maintenance, and other departments as required.
• Train staff on hygiene, safety, infection-control, and housekeeping procedures.
• Handle complaints and take immediate corrective action when required.
• Prepare daily housekeeping reports and maintain necessary records.
