Customer Support Executive - Female
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and face-to-face communication.
- Provide clients with accurate information about consultancy services, processes, and requirements.
- Understand customer needs and guide them to the appropriate counselor or processing team.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients regularly.
- Maintain customer information, follow-up records, and service updates.
- Coordinate with counselors, admission, visa processing, and internal teams.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve basic service-related issues professionally.
- Keep clients updated regarding their application or service status.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with counselors.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients.
- Support the team in converting inquiries into consultations and potential clients.
- Prepare basic customer service reports when required.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a smooth client experience.
Requirements
- Excellent English and Bangla communication skills.
- Smart, confident, polite, and presentable personality.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service or performance targets.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, consultancy, sales, front desk, or a similar role is preferred.
