Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and effective IELTS classes for Academic and General Training modules.
- Teach all four IELTS skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Prepare lesson plans, class materials, practice exercises, and mock tests.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify students’ strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized guidance.
- Conduct regular speaking and writing evaluations.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and overall development.
- Participate in mock tests, workshops, seminars, and academic events.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve course quality and student outcomes.
- Stay updated with IELTS exam formats, assessment criteria, and teaching methodologies.
- Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the management.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education or a relevant field.
- IELTS overall band score of 7.5 or above is preferred.
- Previous experience as an IELTS Instructor or English Language Trainer is preferred.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication.
- Excellent presentation, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to teach students of different proficiency levels.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education or any relevant field. Candidates with qualifications in other disciplines may also apply.
- Candidates who have completed O Level and A Level are also eligible to apply, subject to relevant IELTS proficiency and teaching skills.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in IELTS instruction or English language teaching is preferred.
- Freshers with strong English proficiency and a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
