Job Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through social media, referrals, events, seminars, and college/university visits.
• Respond to and follow up with prospective students and customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other communication channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable study destinations, universities, courses, Umrah packages, and air ticketing options.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and consultation to payment collection and customer onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with students, parents, travellers, and corporate clients.
• Promote study abroad consultancy, Umrah tour packages, and air ticketing services across the Sylhet region.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-ups through the CRM system.
• Prepare daily activity and sales reports.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
• Participate in seminars, events, promotional activities, and other business development initiatives.
