Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective students and introduce available study-abroad opportunities.
• Handle incoming inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other communication channels.
• Identify students’ academic backgrounds, study interests, and career goals through effective questioning.
• Provide basic information about universities, courses, intakes, admission requirements, and study destinations.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain strong communication throughout the counselling process.
• Assist Senior Counselors with student counselling, application processing, and document collection.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and student interactions in the company CRM or database.
• Convert qualified leads into counselling appointments, applications, and prospective student cases.
• Meet assigned daily/weekly calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
• Handle student objections confidently and communicate the benefits of studying abroad professionally.
• Build positive relationships with prospective students and provide a professional customer experience.
• Learn and stay updated on university requirements, admission procedures, and visa-related information.
• Support the team in seminars, campaigns, events, and student recruitment activities.
• Complete assigned tasks on time and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
